Please note that all items listed below are required in order to meet with an Assistance Counselor. If you arrive without all necessary and applicable documentation, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date, and we will not be able to proceed with your request for assistance.

Please bring the following items when meeting with an assistance counselor:
Residents within the Cy-Fair ISD jurisdiction only are eligible.
Bring a government-issued photo ID
Provide documentation of income and verification for all children and household members, such as a report card or school enrollment. Include any documents related to government assistance programs like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Social Security, SS Disability, or unemployment (must be current)
Bring proof of residence, such as a current lease or mortgage statement
Applicants can visit Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. as a 'drop-in' for food assistance
Zip Codes: 77040, 77041, 77043, 77055, 77064, 77065, 77066, 77069, 77070, 77080, 77084, 77086, 77088,77092, 77095, 77429, 77433, 77449
Residents in zip codes 77065, 77095, 77429, and 77433 only are eligible.
Please bring both:
A valid driver's license, birth certificate, passport, or Texas state ID
Social Security cards (if available) for each member of the household
Please provide documentation of all current income sources you receive.
Recent pay stubs covering the last month
Proof of unemployment benefits
Proof of child support payments
Please bring all pages of the following award letters:
SNAP (Food Stamps), TANF, Medicaid, Social Security, HUD/Section 8, SSI/SSDI for all household members, and VA benefits
Current bank statements that reflect direct deposits of these awards are acceptable
Please bring both (no assistance can be given without proof of residency):
A recent utility bill that includes your name and address
A current lease agreement or mortgage statement
Note: You must have resided at the address for at least four months to qualify for rental assistance
Please bring copies of any relevant documents that demonstrate financial hardship:
Documentation showing any significant unexpected expenses or changes in employment status, such as medical bills, accident reports, or documents indicating job loss or reduced hours and pay
Proof of current income and any recent changes in financial status
An eviction notice or a statement showing overdue mortgage payments
A disconnection notice along with the most recent bill for unpaid utilities
Evidence of any supplementary aid you are receiving from other sources to cover the remaining unpaid balance beyond our assistance (if applicable)
